PlayMinutes only needs limited participation information for MVP testing. Clubs should avoid entering names or unnecessary personal data.
What not to enter
Do not enter addresses, dates of birth, medical details, parent contact details, safeguarding notes, or anything sensitive.
How session data is used
Session data is used for participation tracking and impact reporting, including play minutes, attendance counts, and estimated funding value.
